Fearless Project is entering a new chapter. After five years of building powerful intellectual property, a bold rebrand, and a growing global community, we are seeking a values-aligned Co-Founder & COO to help shape the next decade of our social enterprise.

This is not an employee role. This is co-leadership with real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful.

Fearless strengthens leaders, organizations, and movements working toward equity, justice, and liberation. Through leadership development, cohort-based programs, coaching, organizational consulting, and thought leadership, we equip leaders to build power, shift systems, and lead with authenticity and courage.

We work with global NGOs, foundations, social movements, nonprofits, and purpose-driven leaders around the world.

Equity

Capital Contribution

Compensation

  • Up to 40% ownership, vesting over 4 years with 1-year cliff
  • Vesting tied to time, performance, values alignment, and capital contribution

  • A meaningful capital contribution is required
  • Specific amounts will be discussed privately with suitable candidates

  • Early compensation may include revenue-based distribution
  • Salary begins once the company reaches sustainability benchmarks
  • All details discussed privately on a case-by-case basis

Who You Are

You might be:
  • A startup operator or COO seeking work aligned with justice

  • Has only worked in non-profit, consulting, government, UN, or university contexts without entrepreneurial/startup experience

You want to help build a thriving, ethical, values-centered business—and you're excited by operational excellence, structure, strategy, and scale.

We are looking for a builder—someone who brings operational excellence, strategic clarity, financial stewardship, and a passion for systems that empower social change work.

What You'll Own

What We'll Co-Lead

Operations & Systems
  • Build the operational infrastructure of the company
  • Create and optimize systems, processes, automations, and workflows
  • Lead project management, planning, and internal operations
  • Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently as it scales

Finance & Accounting
  • Build and manage financial systems, forecasting, budgeting, and models
  • Lead pricing strategy and financial decision-making
  • Steward cashflow, planning, and sustainability
  • Partner on revenue strategy and long-term planning

You don't need to be an expert in all of these, but you should have strong experience and be excited to build them together:
  • Growth & marketing
  • Sales & pipeline development
  • Product + program development (courses, cohorts, consulting, digital)
  • Community nurturing & audience growth
  • Hiring, contractor management, and people operations (later stage)

Timeline

  • Expression of interest deadline: December 15, 2025
  • Interviews: December 16-22, 2025
  • Decision: December 23, 2025
  • Start date: January 5, 2026
  • Trust-building/Onboarding/Co-working: First 30 days in Puerto Rico strongly preferred (lodging provided)
